Connect Facebook before building the publishing workflow
The Pages area is the starting point for bringing Facebook Pages into Upnext. Use Connect / Refresh Facebook to begin the Facebook authorization flow and import Pages available to the connected account.
Connect multiple Facebook Pages to one workspace
Upnext is built for operators working with more than one Page. Once Pages are connected, they become available to the rest of the workspace instead of requiring a separate publishing setup for every Page.
Refresh Page access when needed
Facebook access can change over time. The connection area includes a refresh action so the workspace can request the current Page access again rather than treating the first connection as permanent.
Check Page connection health before publishing
The Pages workspace shows connected Page status and provides a Check All Tokens action. This gives operators a place to check Page access before relying on those Pages for scheduled or queued publishing.
