User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of eligible information associated with your Upnext account and connected Facebook Pages.

Send your request to contact@upnext.io using the email address associated with your Upnext account.
2Identify the relevant account
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or workspace. For security, we may request additional verification before processing the request.
3Information that may be deleted
Depending on the account and the request, deletion may include eligible stored Page access tokens, connected Page records, publishing metadata, tracking-link data, workspace information, and other account-related data.
4Disconnecting Facebook Pages
You may also disconnect Pages or remove permissions through the relevant account or Meta settings where available.
5Retention exceptions
Certain records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
