Facebook and Meta data
When you connect Facebook Pages to Upnext, the platform may receive Page identifiers, Page names, access tokens and permissions required to perform Page-management and publishing actions that you authorize.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, connect and manage Pages, publish and schedule content, provide analytics, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, enforce usage limits, and support billing and account administration.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet operational or security requirements, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Security
Upnext uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect stored information and access credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect connected Pages or request deletion of eligible stored account and platform data. See the User Data Deletion page for instructions.
Third-party services
Use of Facebook and Meta services is also subject to Meta's own terms, policies, permissions, and platform requirements. Payment and other external services may also operate under their own privacy policies.
