How to Schedule Facebook Reels Across Multiple Facebook Pages
Upload one Reel, choose the Facebook Pages that should receive it, select your publishing workflow, and control the spacing between Page deliveries from one workspace.
Schedule a Reel without repeating the setup Page by Page
When the same Reel belongs on several Facebook Pages, the operational problem is not just choosing a date. It is managing the video, destinations, caption, timing and delivery pattern efficiently.
Choose the connected Pages that should receive the Reel.
Add one MP4 video and write the optional caption once.
Choose the publishing workflow and set spacing between Page deliveries when needed.

Multi-Page Reel scheduling is more than selecting several Pages
Upnext includes a Spacing between Pages control in the Reel composer. That means a multi-Page publishing batch can be distributed with a chosen delay instead of forcing every Page delivery into the same moment.
This is especially useful for publishers and teams that operate several Facebook Pages and want more control over how a Reel moves through their publishing workflow.
Publish now, schedule, or use the queue
The current Reel composer is designed around three practical publishing paths: publish the Reel now, schedule it, or add it to the queue. You can therefore use the same creation workflow whether the Reel is urgent, planned for a specific time, or part of a larger publishing sequence.
Prepare and distribute Reels from the same publishing system
Use the dedicated Facebook Reel Scheduler to manage Reel publishing.

Facebook Reel scheduling questions
Can I schedule Facebook Reels?
Yes. In Upnext, you can upload the Reel, select Facebook Pages and choose the appropriate publishing option from the Reel composer.
Can I publish the same Reel to multiple Facebook Pages?
Yes. The Reel workflow includes multi-Page selection, so you can choose several connected Pages for the same Reel publication.
Can I control the delay between Pages?
Yes. Upnext includes a Spacing between Pages setting directly in the Reel publishing settings.
What video does the current Reel composer accept?
The current interface specifies MP4 video with a maximum upload size of 60 MB.
Check the input before checking the schedule
Play the source video before uploading. Check its framing, sound and caption, then use the file requirements shown in the current Upnext composer. Upnext currently accepts an MP4 Reel in this workflow, lets you add an optional caption, select multiple Facebook Pages, choose the publishing mode and set spacing between Page deliveries. The composer’s upload limit is separate from Facebook’s broader video capabilities.
When publishing to several Pages, select the destinations deliberately and inspect the configured spacing. A single upload can produce several Page deliveries.
Verify the Reel after publishing
Review Page-level status and open the published result when available. If a delivery failed, read its result before sending the same Reel to the entire group again.
For a video that needs reframing, use the video resizer first. Keep the source file so you can change the crop without repeatedly compressing a previous export.
Put your next Facebook Reel into the right publishing workflow
Upload once, select your Pages, choose how it should publish and control the spacing between Page deliveries.
