Publish & Schedule Facebook Reels Across Multiple Pages

Upload your Reel once, select the Facebook Pages that should receive it, then publish now or schedule for later from one Upnext workspace.

Schedule Reels on Facebook

Stop uploading the same Reel Page by Page.

Upnext gives publishers managing several Facebook Pages one workflow for Reel distribution instead of repeating the upload and scheduling process for every Page.

01

Upload your Reel once

Prepare the Reel and caption once instead of rebuilding the same publication for each Facebook Page.

02

Select multiple Pages

Choose the connected Facebook Pages that should receive the Reel.

03

Publish now

Send your Reel into the publishing workflow immediately when it is ready to go live.

04

Schedule for later

Choose a future date and time and let Upnext handle the scheduled Facebook Page delivery.

05

Manage from one workspace

Keep Reel publishing alongside your other Facebook Page operations instead of switching Page by Page.

06

Built for multi-Page teams

Use the same Facebook-first workspace when your publishing operation grows beyond a single Page.

Facebook Reels for multiple Pages

One Reel can be part of a larger multi-Page publishing operation.

Facebook's own tools can schedule Reels, and established social media schedulers also support them. Upnext is not built around claiming that Reel scheduling is unique.

Its focus is the workflow around publishers who operate multiple Facebook Pages: select destinations, publish, schedule or queue, control Page spacing, and manage Facebook publishing from the same workspace.

Prepare the Reel before assigning destinations

Check the video in the composer, including its accepted format and upload limit. Those are Upnext requirements for this workflow, not a statement of every video format Facebook supports.

Keep important text inside the visible frame and review the video and optional caption together. Then select the Pages whose audiences fit the Reel.

Confirm the publishing plan and the result

Choose immediate publishing, a future schedule or the queue. Review Page spacing when the same Reel is going to multiple Pages, then check each destination’s result after delivery.

For repeated publishing, use the Reel scheduling guide. If the source video needs a different shape, prepare it with the video resizer before creating the batch.
