How to Schedule Facebook Stories Across Multiple Facebook Pages

Prepare one image or video Story, select the Facebook Pages that should receive it, then publish immediately or choose a future time. This guide shows the workflow and how Upnext turns repetitive Page-by-Page Story publishing into one workspace.

Can you schedule Facebook Stories?

Yes. Story scheduling lets you prepare the media before it needs to go live and choose a future publication time. For teams managing several Pages, the larger operational problem is often not scheduling one Story — it is repeating the same workflow for every Page.

Upnext's Facebook Story Publisher & Scheduler is built around both actions: publish a Story now or schedule it for later, while selecting multiple connected Facebook Pages from one workflow.

One Story. Multiple Facebook Pages. Publish now or schedule for later.

How to schedule a Facebook Story across multiple Pages

1

Choose Story as the content type

Open the publishing workflow and select Story rather than a standard Post or Reel.

2

Add your Story image or video

Upload the visual asset you want to publish. Upnext supports image and video Story workflows.

3

Select the Facebook Pages

Choose the connected Pages that should receive the Story. This is where a multi-Page workflow removes the need to rebuild the same publication Page by Page.

4

Publish now or schedule for later

If the Story should go live immediately, use the publish-now workflow. Otherwise choose the future date and time.

5

Review the scheduled delivery

Use your publishing workspace to confirm that the Story batch has been created for the selected destinations.

Why multi-Page Story scheduling changes the workflow

If you manage only one Facebook Page, scheduling a Story is a relatively small task. The repetitive work becomes more obvious when the same campaign or Story needs to appear across several Pages.

If your broader workflow also includes standard posts, see Facebook Multi-Page Publishing.

Prepare Story media before scheduling

Story publishing is easier when the visual asset is already prepared for the format you intend to use.

Image Stories

Prepare the image before it enters your publishing batch. You can use the Facebook Image Resizer when you need a quick browser-based preparation tool.

Video Stories

Upnext supports video Story workflows. The Facebook Video Resizer is also available from the public tools collection.

Large Content Batches

If Stories are part of a larger content operation, Upnext's Bulk Upload workflow supports Posts, Reels and Stories, including video Stories.

Schedule Stories as part of the wider Facebook publishing operation

Story scheduling is most useful when it does not live in isolation. Publishers and teams often need to coordinate standard posts, Reels, Stories and multiple Facebook Pages at the same time.

That is the reason Upnext treats Stories as part of the same publishing workspace rather than a separate one-off utility. The goal is to reduce Page switching and repetitive publication creation while keeping the user in control of what publishes and when.

Facebook Story scheduling FAQ

Can I schedule Facebook Stories in advance?

Yes. You can prepare Story media and choose a future publishing time instead of publishing immediately.

Can I schedule the same Facebook Story to multiple Pages?

With Upnext, you can select multiple connected Facebook Pages for the Story publishing workflow instead of recreating the same Story separately for each Page.

Can I publish Facebook Stories immediately?

Yes. Upnext supports both publish-now and schedule-for-later Story workflows.

Can I schedule video Facebook Stories?

Yes. Upnext supports image and video Story publishing workflows, including video Stories in its bulk import workflow.

Can Stories be part of a bulk upload?

Yes. Upnext Bulk Import supports Posts, Reels and Stories, including video Stories.

Check what this Story workflow publishes

Upnext publishes image and video Stories to one or multiple connected Facebook Pages. The current composer supports publish-now, scheduling and queue-based workflows, shows a Story preview before submission, and accepts image files (JPG, PNG or GIF) plus MP4 video in the limits displayed by the composer. This workflow does not add a clickable Story link sticker.

Review the current composer’s file requirements before preparing a batch. A format accepted by Facebook elsewhere is not automatically supported by every third-party publishing workflow.

Confirm the Story batch in two stages

  1. Before confirmation, inspect the media preview, selected Pages, date and timezone.
  2. After delivery, inspect each Page’s result rather than assuming that a saved schedule proves successful publication.

Keep important visual elements away from the edges. If a Page copy failed, review its error and connection before retrying. Avoid duplicating copies that already published successfully.
